We are currently looking for a Degree Qualified or a very technical HVAC / BMS Specialist join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Midlands area. As the HVAC / BMS Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking root cause analysis of these critical systems and finding solutions to fix the problem.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the HVAC / BMS Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the HVAC / BMS Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and commissioning both the HVAC and BMS systems to identify problems and then project manage the process by replacing old / not working parts to get them up and running again.

2. You will be responsible for checking the design against requirements and making sure the system is fixed with no more problems.

3. As the HVAC / BMS Specialist, you will be working in a class D environment and measuring various data and calculating volume flow rates, pressure cascades and other calculations.

4. You will be responsible for project managing remediation projects which is vital for the project.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the HVAC / BMS Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is desired or alternatively, a HND will be the minimum qualification accepted.

2. Proven industry experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is essential.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience designing and commissioning HVAC and BMS systems is essential.
