Hyper Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for a Technical Project Leader to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Oxford area. As the Technical Project Leader you will be responsible for leading PPT technical/scientific project activities applying expertise and experience in the development of appropriate of formulations and technical solutions to meet client expectations. The incumbent will lead and/or participate in technical discussions with clients.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Technical Project Leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1.Engaging in the management of clients, formulations, processes and equipment design for clinical and scale up batches including technical transfer to other facilities, this will involve handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
2.Apply his/her scientific expertise to execute projects in a timely manner, and lead the design and evaluation of Phase 1 formulations and manufacturing processes and support problem solving as necessary to ensure the formulation is suitable for scale up to late phase.
3.Manage project resources & time-lines. Work with Project Management, Supply Chain, Analytical Development and other functional areas to meet project and team objectives to manage project time-lines.
5.Support or lead OE activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the PDS business locally & globally as appropriate, Be client and patient conscious, considering quality, safety and project needs at all times. Effectively lead across functional or organizational boundaries.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Technical Project Leader we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree BSc, MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals or other relevant subject.

2. Proven industry experience in Phase 1 formulations & processes, manage projects with demanding timelines and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with design, evaluation, and development of formulations and manufacturing processes for solid dosage forms for Phase 1, Phase 2 and transfer to late phase
