We are currently looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to join a leading Biopharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area on a 12 - 18 month initial contract. As the Talent Operations Specialist you will be responsible for the HR Operational activities, including payroll, in UK & Ireland.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Talent Operations Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Talent Operations Specialist, you will be executing the local hire to retire processes in line with global standards and actively management the partnership with our local payroll & benefits providers

2. You will be Responsible for the end-to-end payroll process of all legal entities in UK & Ireland. Ensure thorough controls are in place and applied for all local processes (payroll, leave of absence, tax, pension, etc).

3. As the Talent Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring processes are continuously improved and ensure compliance with local regulations and you will be responsible for the accurate forecasting and budgeting of employee expenses.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Talent Operations Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant experience in an operational HR role and payroll with good knowledge of UK employment law.

2. Proven industry experience in the Pharmaceutical industry using SAP & Success factors.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience which focuses on high level of customer service with capability to manage manifold deadlines and priorities.
