KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Analytical Development Team Leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as following:
1. You will oversee analytical method development, validation and technical transfer activities, providing technical expertise on a range of analytical techniques (HPLC/UPLC, Dissolution, LC & GC-MS and other spectroscopic techniques) to promote innovation.
2. To ensure that appropriate levels of GMP compliance are maintained in the AD laboratories and ensure that all cGMP and safety training is conducted in conformance with Departmental, Site and Corporate requirements.
3. To generate, assimilate and evaluate technical and scientific data and issue reports in line with project objectives and provide clear status reports of projects to internal / client representatives at appropriate times while participating actively in meetings, and take a leadership role when required. You will have an excellent knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Development Process.
4. To ensure individuals interact and exchange ideas within the group and with other scientists, to foster a creative culture and have an appropriate system for monitoring the progress of job activities and assignments; recommending and taking corrective action, when necessary while assisting manager to effectively manage multiple conflicting or simultaneous priorities.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Relevant degree in a Chemistry related field
2. Proven industry experience in Pharmaceutical setting with Analytical Chemistry
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with supervising staff, project management and technical
