KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the CRM Business Analyst will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Provide Business analysis of the sales force CRM for improvements and BAU across the buiness
2. You will capture requirements from stakeholders and turn them into technical solutions in the Salesforce CRM
3. You will be responsible for the administration of Salesforce CRM including custom objects and development
4. You will be performing a full life cycle business analysis role which will involve deployment and testing of the Salesforce CRM solution
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the CRM Business Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Previous experience in a full life cycle business analyst role or similar system analyst role.
2. Knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform would be a distinct advantage
3. Have worked on CRM systems or similar software based systems
