We are currently looking for a Scientific Sales Executive to join a leading bench top Analytical Instrument manufacturer based in the Hampshire area. As field based Scientific Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving the sales of the Centrifugal and Evaporation Technologies portfolio by consulting with customers across academia, research and pharmaceutical industries.


Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, this technical Scientific Sales Executive role's primary duties include:

1. Growing the sales with current customers through Account Management as well as developing a strategy for New Business Development for your product range.

2. Regularly organise and attending customer meetings, delivering sales presentations and training, Lead Generation, preparing quotes and closing sales.

3. Attend trade shows, exhibitions and conferences to represent our client and support the marketing team with the preperation of suitable content for these events.

4. As the Scientific Sales Executive, you will maint a good knowledge of the Evaporation, Chromatography and Centrifugal products in order to technically advise customers through solution based sales.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Scientific Sales Executive we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Science subject such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or Life Science.

2. Proven industry experience in Scientific Sales role such as sales specialist, account manager or business development, with a proven track record of successfully selling scientific equipment into academic, research and biotech laboratories.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with chemistry based lab techniques is desirable, using products such as Chromatography, Evaporation, Lyophilisation, freeze drying or Centrifugation and more.
