We are currently looking for a Site Utilities Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Cambridgeshire area. As the Site Utilities Manager you will be managing the condition and efficiency of all site support services and act as the responsible person for all utility based requirements.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Site Utilities Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Site Utilities Manager, you will be preparing, monitoring and reviewing budgets for utilities cost centre demonstrating clear savings in-line with site challenges and operational forecasts.

2. You will be working to pressure safety system regulations and using Legionella Management & Water systems whilst managing the site energy management systems and improvement programme.

3. As the site Utilities Manager, you will be taking decisions based on protocols as well as on own interpretation of departmental objectives and standards whilst reporting on energy consumption and publishing site performance reports.

4. You will recording energy data and looking at Climate Change Levy whilst managing utility projects from start to finish.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Site Utilities Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant qualifications in an engineering discipline

2. Proven industry experience working with Legionella Management and water systems

3. A working knowledge and practical experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences.
