We are currently looking for a R&D Project Manager to join a leading company based in the Hertfordshire area. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for managing process redesign initiatives, organisational transformation, multiple workstreams, and change management execution.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Project Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for working in pre-clinical (R&D) on numerous projects within global cross-functional teams whilst managing the allocation of SMEs to each project.

2. You will be effectively determining the business challenge and requirements, and drive the exercise to facilitate a review of solution options whilst managing the standardisation of 14 different processes within Safety Science.

3. As the Project Manager you will be taking a leadership role in monitoring and motivating the project team for delivery of all business-related project deliverables.

4. You will be proactively identifying and managing project interdependencies and impacts on other projects, programs, and/or business processes.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Project Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a a Life Sciences discipline e.g. Molecular Biology.

2. Proven industry experience working as a Project Manager

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with R&D based projects.
