We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Excellence Consultant - S&OP to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Cambridgeshire area on a transformation project. As the Supply Chain Excellence Consultant you will be responsible for creating, monitoring and optimising the relevant supply chain and cross functional processes to ensure best practices are in place and deliver the business objectives.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Supply Chain Excellence Consultant will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will be the SME for S&OP and support cross functional teams, including suppliers with regards to S&OP implementation and improvements.

2. You will ensure the S&OP function provides current and accurate data for all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system needs, as required by agreed site data management processes.

3. You will design, develop, implement and maintain global S&OP processes for the business operations.

4. You will establish and lead a global matrix user/stakeholder network to ensure standardised and robust business processes that are fit for purpose across global locations.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Supply Chain Excellence Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Supply Chain related discipline or equivalent.

2. Proven industry experience in the end to end Supply Chain management with some understanding of financial planning.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Lean Six Sigma practices and project management tools, and business change management.
