We are currently looking for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join a leading company based in the Southampton/Winchester area. As the 1st Line IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the business supporting 6000 users and as a team taking around 180 calls per day


Your duties as the 1st Line IT Support Analyst will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will need to provide excellent customer service and aim to solve IT issues in a logical and affective way

2. You will deal with IT issues relating to Google Documents, email, desktop as well helping to on-board new starters and set up any new IT requirements

3. You will provide 1st line support to on existing and new IT systems

4. You will be working as part of a team to exceed IT service delivery targets


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the 1st Line IT Support Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant IT qualification such as - Microsoft MCSA, Cisco CCAA, Citrix CCENT, Symantec SCS, ServiceNow CSA

2. Some previous experience in an IT service desk environment backed by a relevant IT qualification of apprenticeship

3. Ideally you will have knowledge of an IT framework such as ITIL
