We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Support Advisor to join a leading company based in the Portsmouth area. As the Senior Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for leading a support team of customer service advisor's.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Senior Customer Support Advisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and managing any customer complaints.

2. Work with a variety of divisions including Sales, Operations, Finance and IT

3. Ensure excellent performance levels and targets are maintained and exceeded

4. Assist in the acquisition of customer support advisor's and carry out personal development plans and performance reviews

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to negotiate

2. Proven experience leading a support team with the ability to motivate and drive performance
