We are currently looking for a Global Project Manager (R&D focussed) to join a leading Biopharmaceutical company on a 12 month contract based in the Berkshire area. As the Global Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and delivery of a variety of different projects which includes developing differentiated patient solutions, troubleshooting projects and launching initiatives designed to reduce operational costs, defects or loss of value.

Your duties as the Global Project Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Global Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering on multiple R&D projects by launching initiatives designed to reduce operational costs.

2. You will be working on the delivery of the Target Patient Value Profile, scenario planning, risk assessment, trade- off analyses and working with stakeholders in Governance and portfolio management.

3. As the Global Project Manager, you will focus and conduct management of the team, including meeting outcomes/ actions, budget preparation and adherence to agreed timelines.

4. You will be working within the R&D department where you will also be involved in the preclinical and clinical planning, technical level planning and regulatory preparation of documents.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Global Project Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Qualified to degree level in a Science or Business discipline or equivalent.

2. Proven industry experience working as an R&D Project Manager within a Biopharmaceutical company

3. Experience of working in global environment, with demanding timelines and complex deliverables.
