We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist In Vitro Diagnostic Solutions to join a leading company managing the Wales and North West territory including Cheshire, The Wirral and Shropshire.

This company is the largest In Vitro Diagnostics provider in the UK who continue to grow due to expansions in their portfolio and a recent run of acquisitions.

They have a strong heritage in changing the way healthcare is delivered, committed to unassailable ethics and are passionate about transforming patients' lives.

As the market leaders in bringing medical innovation to UK Blood Science laboratories, their products and solutions are used globally in the world's most advanced hospital-based blood science and biochemistry laboratories, independent reference sites, medical research centres and pharmaceutical companies.


Your duties as the Sales Specialist In Vitro Diagnostic Solutions will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Promoting the value proposition of their products with key clinical, procurement and finance Stake holders.

2. Take a lead in the account sales strategy and execution for the product portfolio on the Wales and North West territory. Achieve set sales targets.

3. Manage and coordinate complex pan pathology procurements utilising self-discipline and a creative approach to ensure sales methodology is
delivered on time and in full. This will involve engagement with all levels of the key decision making team, including senior management.

4. Identify market development and changes in NHS landscape on your territory (payment, procurement, tendering, and NHS processes) to maximize
opportunities / minimize threats.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Sales Specialist In Vitro Diagnostic Solutions we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Life Science / Business Management subject

2. Proven industry experience in sales and account management, handling complex instrumentation sales processes within the NHS. Positive energy
who can continue to drive the growth as they bring to market exciting new products and build strong customer relationships

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with IVD / Clinical Diagnostic products in the laboratory and within a sales environment. Happy to
travel across territory on a daily basis, a full UK driving licence is essential for this position.
