We are currently looking for an Account Manager for the LCMS and GC product range to join a Global leading scientific company to manage the Yorkshire and Midlands territory.

This company's mission is to enable their customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.


Your duties as the Account Manager, LCMS and GC will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Managing the Sheffield, Leeds, York, Coventry and Nottingham territory selling Chromatography and Mass Spec Analytical Instrumentation in to
Industrial Laboratories

2. Seeking out new accounts as well as servicing and growing existing accounts, arrange and deliver demonstrations of the equipment on the
customer site and also at the company's demo lab. Be known as the Product Specialist for this area of the portfolio

3. Negotiate contracts and close orders with end users and purchasing departments and support all procurement processes

4. Co-ordinate sales activities such as organising seminars and workshops, sponsoring technology events and attend conferences and exhibitions to
showcase the Chromatography and Mass Spec Instrumentation


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Account Manager for the LCMS and GC Instruments we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a scientific discipline preferably Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry or similar

2. Proven industry experience in a sales environment preferably capital equipment, analytical equipment sales this could include LC/MS, GC/MS,
HPLC, GC Instruments

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry and familiarity with Academia, Industrial, Pharma,
Biotech and Environmental industries
