Hyper Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for a Batch Release QA Officer to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire area. As the QA Officer you will be responsible for collating and critically reviewing batch-records to ensure compliance with GMP and other company and external regulations.


Your duties as the QA Officer (Batch Release) will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As QA (Batch Release) officer you will ensure regulatory commitments are met and any deviations or problems are dealt with in a formalised manner using the company QMS and communicated to the relevant departments.

2. You will participate in Quality improvement measures and implement CAPA's to ensure high Quality standards are met and product safety and quality is maintained.

3. You will need to manage incoming work and liaise with suppliers while achieving good progress in the batch release process and delays are minimised.

4.As QA (Batch Release) Officer you will need to plan you work to ensure efficient processes that will enable you to effectively meet business priorities.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the QA (Batch Release) Officer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree or equivalent in a scientific background.

2. Proven industry experience in a Quality based role in the pharmaceutical industry, working in a manufacturing environment.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with GMP standards and batch release processes.
