We are currently looking for a Project Manager until the end of the year to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire/Essex area. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering projects, equipment and process validation function within the Engineering department.


Your duties as the Project Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the writing of project scoping documents prior to URS development in conjunction with the project team and other technical specialists when required.

2. You will be responsible for supporting the production and engineering teams with technical advice and guidance on a variety of different engineering projects.

3. As the Project Manager, you will co-ordinate all HSE activities as part of the project implementation and when required support the requirements of CDM.

4. You will be responsible for preparing the project plan and VMP as well as being responsible for Health and Safety of self and employees.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Project Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in an Engineering discipline and demonstrate experience in the management and leadership of maintenance staff.

2. Proven industry experience working in an engineering setting.

3. Knowledge and experience in a Pharmaceutical GMP setting is essential.
