We are currently looking for a PMO Co-ordinator to join a leading life sciences provider based in the Surrey area. This role is for an initial period of 2 years, however the role can be extended beyond this period.

As the PMO Co-ordinator you will be responsible for rolling out a new company initiative locally in the first year before rolling out the process UK wide in year 2. There will be the opportunity to take this role further as the initiative is rolled out globally in year 3+.


Your duties as the PMO Co-ordinator will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Creation and maintenance of project documentation (Project plan, Status reports, presentations).

2. Preparation, execution and documentation of project meetings. Preparation and coordination of critical project phases (e.g. cutover phase).

3. Monitoring of project plan with regards to timelines, cost and resources.

4. Training for local managers.

5. Coordination of with local site organization for visits / travel arrangements, and be the contact point for project team in all aspects of organization (rooms, equipment, travel).

6. You will be required to travel to other sites in the UK and Europe.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the PMO Co-ordinator we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Degree, Masters of PhD in a relevant topic, or long standing working experience, plus significant experience working in a Project Management role. Ideally you will have gained some experience working with a Bioprocessing company or Laboratory Provider in the field of software or IT, however this is not essential.

2. Proven experience using Project Management tools and software, plus additional experience using SAP.

3. This role is office based, so you will need to commit to travelling to the office daily. Home or remote working may be offered on occasion. You will also need a full clean driver's licence.
