Hyper Recruitment Solutions are searching for a Associate Director - Device Development to join a global pharmaceutical company based in the Cambridgeshire area. As the Associate Director - Device Development you will be responsible for

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Associate Director - Device Development will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Manage and lead a team specialising in Medical Device, Drug Delivery and Combination Device projects.

2. Oversee pilot manufacturing and external partner engagement for medical, drug delivery and combination device development.

3. Ensure all CMC activity is delivered by project teams in preparation for product launch.

4. Manage technical transfer and supplier outsourcing to contract manufacturing partners (CMO).

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Associate Director - Device Development we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Degree educated, Masters or PhD would be desirable in Engineering, Science or related.

2. Industry experience in the Pharmaceutical, biotechnology or Medical Device sectors.

3. Expert work experience of Medical Device and/or Drug Delivery device development.

4. Leadership / management experience in a industry R&D function is essential.
