Hyper Recruitment Solutions are currently searching for a Business Development Manager - Pre-Clinical Services to join a Global Contract Research Organisation based in the South East. As the Business Development Manager - Pre-Clinical Services you will be home-based anywhere in the UK, and will be responsible for driving revenue and profit growth through the generation of new business from Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies, looking to outsource their pre-clinical research.


Your duties as the Business Development Manager - Pre-Clinical Services will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will be responsible for generating and developing new client relationships and opportunities to sell the companies services.

2. You will be required to present the companies drug development / discovery services in an effective way to prospective clients across your territory.

3. You will be required to utilise the company CRM system in order to identify, qualify, record and track new business opportunities.

4. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, cross functional relationships with operations and support peers within the organisation.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Business Development Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Life Science related subject such as; Biotechnology, Life Science, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Drug Development is essential with further qualifications beneficial.

2. Proven Business Development experience within the pharmaceutical space is essential with a strong knowledge of drug discovery and development services being highly advantageous.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience carrying out in vivo studies is required, whilst other experience in pre-clinical drug discovery is advantageous
