A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager Clinical Packaging to join a Fast Growing Pharmaceutical Services company with a large UK, Western Europe and North America presence. As the Business Development Manager Clinical Packaging you will be responsible for growing the German and Scandinavian territories by developing New Business and Increasing Revenue across our clients Clinical Packaging Services division.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Business Development Manager Clinical Packaging will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Drive new opportunities for sales of Clinical Packaging Services across Germany and Scandinavia with big pharmaceutical, and mid-tier pharmaceutical customers.

2. Create and execute new business opportunities in line with your sales strategy to increase customer base.

3. Ensure existing clients are retained and increase sales through KOL and relationship management. Maintain a presence in the market through regular networking.

4. Demonstrate excellent technical and consultative sales and end-to-end sales cycle management.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Business Development Manager Clinical Packaging we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Degree educated in business, science or engineering. Subjects such as chemistry and pharmacology are preferred.

2. Previous Pharmaceutical Service Industry experience is essential - either Contract Manufacturer (CMO) or Contract Development & Manufacturer (CDMO) is 1st choice. Experience selling Clinical Packaging or Commercial Packaging is desirable.

3. You will have an existing sales and/or business development customer base across the Pharmaceutical market. The best candidates will be able to demonstrate achievements and successes during their career history.
