We are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Apprentice / Sales Apprentice to join our company on a 12 month work based training apprenticeship. Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS), founded and run by Ricky Martin, (winner of BBC's The Apprentice 2012) and in partnership with Lord Alan Sugar is a leading supplier of specialist recruitment services to the science and technology industries.

This is an exciting opportunity for a school or college leaver to get on the job training and study for a recruitment qualification at the same time. Through your apprenticeship, you will learn how the market operates and gain all the skills and knowledge you need to be a successful Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant. Upon completion of this apprenticeship, you will become competent in the principles of recruitment practice with a possible long term and permanent career within HRS. This is an ideal sales apprenticeship if you would like to develop the skills required to understand the competitive world of the employment and recruitment services industry from a resourcing or entry level.


1.General recruitment administration, including answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with queries
2.CV screening
3.Registering, sourcing and selecting candidates
4.Identifying skills to match candidates profiles and vacancies

We have partnered with Waltham Forest College to provide this apprenticeship. In your first year you will study the following qualifications:
1.Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing (QCF)
2.Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing (QCF)
3.Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
4.Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
5.Level 1 Functional Skills in English
6.Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths


1.At least two A levels (grades C or above) or equivalent qualification. GCSE Maths and English (grades C or above) are essential
2.Proven work experience within a customer facing role.
3.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including; Word, Excel and Outlook is desirable
4.Demonstrate good communication skills both oral and written

The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, have a passion to succeed and build a career in recruitment. You must be articulate, have a good telephone manner, be well presented and passionate about a target based role.
