Hyper Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for a Quality Officer II to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Merseyside area. As the Quality Officer II you will be responsible for ensuring GMP compliance across the companies R+D function, forming a key part of the QA team.


Your duties as the Quality Officer II will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will apply Quality systems that conform to company policies, ensuring continued cGMP compliance. You will maintain the system and provide appropriate training to colleagues.

2. The Quality Officer II will ensure all data is available to the Senior QA team prior to batch release of material, as well as keeping any associated documentation to an appropriate standard. You will also provide support to the QC team.

3. The Quality Officer will act as a QA representative on site projects and support site validation and QC practices.

4. You will be responsible for managing audit plans, preparing audit reports and external supplier qualification, including designing appropriate CAPA's and ensuring the supply chain is GMP compliant. Any serious issues will be reported to Senior Management.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality Officer II we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Experience in a QA role within the Pharmaceutical industry, ideally working within a GMP compliant QMS system.

2. Proven ability to follow procedures in a quality related role, specific experience with Biologic's would be advantageous.
