HRS are currently looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join a leading Brand and Consumer Protection organisation with offices in London, USA and Asia. As the Inside Sales Manager you will have the exciting challenge to build a Global Inside Sales team, whilst also contributing to revenue targets. Products and Services our client provides include training, events and legal accreditation to guarantee quality and safety to leading retailers, manufactures and food industries.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Inside Sales Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Manage and help recruit a team of inside sales executives based at our clients three offices. This will include international travel

2. Increase revenue and pipeline through managing current accounts and developing New Business through calls, emails and face to face meetings, in order to achieve targets.

3. Work cross functionally with Marketing, Training and Events teams to ensure product positioning, target audience and competitors are understood, and sales approach is coordinated.

4. Identify and research potential sponsorship partners and exhibitors, as well as creating event sponsorship package documentations and proposals.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Inside Sales Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Degree in Business, Communication or similar subject, with proven experience managing an Inside Sales Team. Strong communication, listening and time management are important,

2. Proven industry experience selling sponsorships, training or similar professional services, ideally within a certification body.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with all stages of the sales process from lead generation, to cold calling and closing, with a proven track record.
