We are recruiting for 2 Regulatory Specialist's on a 12 month fixed term contract to join the CPC Regulatory Consultancy team based in the Cambridgeshire area.

The Regulatory Specialist role is an ideal role for a graduate looking to begin a career in Regulatory Consultancy or for an experienced Regulatory Officer who is looking to develop their career. We are looking to develop a Regulatory Specialist to provide regulatory knowledge to support the registration of chemical, biocidal or crop protection products and to provide a regulatory service to customers.

As a Regulatory Specialist your main responsibilities will be:

Make decisions on strategic regulatory issues as required

Be responsible for regulatory projects, including dossier compilation and providing registration advice to both clients and in-house departments

Accountable for meeting quality, deadline and financial demands for designated projects

Work with the involved staff to ensure that work is delivered on time and of a sufficient quality for regulatory submission purposes

Develop skills in certain subject areas of regulatory affairs for the benefit of clients and the company

Manage financial aspects of designated projects including accurate recording of hours worked in appropriate database(s)

Help develop and maintain relationships and interaction with clients worldwide

The skills and experience we're looking for are:

A degree in a chemistry discipline is essential

Relevant experience in a regulatory environment would be beneficial

Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and a methodical and thorough approach to the work along with the ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines

Must be enthusiastic and driven as the job will involve a certain amount of tenacity

This role requires good IT skills and working knowledge of standard software packages as well as excellent communication skills

Must have UK driving licenese and own a car
