An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Graduate Field Service Engineer to join a leading Biotech company. As the Field Service Engineer you will provide Service solutions for the North of England and Scotland, with rare trips to the EU. As the Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for diagnostics, maintenance and installation etc. of Biotech products.


Your duties as the Field Service Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for Diagnostic and Fault Finding of Life Science products. Providing maintenance solutions for faulty equipment.

2. You will manage communication with customers, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

3. As the Field Service Engineer you will inform the Sales Team and Application Specialists of customer needs and requirements. You will also participating in upgrades for existing customers.

4. You will work as part of the Service Team and provide training and assistance on complex technical issues.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Field Service Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. A Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a relevant Life Science degree.

2. Proven industry experience in equipment support / serving in a Biotech / Life Science company.

3. A desire to travel. The role will be home based but will require extensive travel.
