We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Director to join a leading Life Science Service Provider based in the South of Wales. As the Service Delivery Director you will develop, evaluate and implement service strategies using your strong background in Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement, using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Prince 2 etc. As the Service Delivery Director you will develop the organisational structure using Change Management and Management Restructuring to meet Service Delivery needs.


Your duties as the Service Delivery Director will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Service Delivery Director you will be responsible for the development of the current Service Delivery Model. You will provide expert advice using your Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement background to streamline a more effective and efficient service.

2. You will ensure the development of the organisational structure that meets the changing service needs, by promoting sound management practices and to be ultimately responsible for the effective recruitment and retention, motivation and development of staff.

3. As the Service Delivery Director you will ensure that the fully functional on-site service model fulfils client's expectations for planned and reactive Service Delivery.

4. You will lead the Service Delivery Team leader and Training Manager to develop and deploy measurable standards of performance within the Customer Service and operating processes/procedures.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Service Delivery Director we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. A Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement Qualification such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Prince 2, PMP.

2. Proven industry experience in implementing and developing a Service Delivery Model, including carrying out Change Management practices.

3. A previous Senior Management role where you have set KPIs, managed training and grown the competency within the team.
