Hyper Recruitment Solutions are currently searching for a Business Unit Director - Specialist Care to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Cambridgeshire area. As the Business Unit Director - Specialist Care you will be responsible for leading and developing the Specialist Care Business Unit.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Business Unit Director - Specialist Care will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will be responsible for Profit and Loss of the Business Unit and the Sales Management of a small commercial team.

2. Engagement of a multi-disciplinary team spanning Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Scientific Liaison.

3. You will be responsible for leading the Marketing Strategy in order to engage with local Healthcare Communities across the UK.

4. Provide a comprehensive oversight of Market Access and all ongoing NHS tenders.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Business Unit Director - Specialist Care we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Degree Educated in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Pharmacology, Biotechnology or other related subject, preferably with further, Post-Graduate qualifications.

2. Proven experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry in a Commercial Leadership position within Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs or Pricing and Reimbursement.

3. Experience within the Specialist Care Sector, preferably within Immunology, Rheumatology, Oncology or Haematology.
