Hyper Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the Quality Assurance Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Department to ensure compliance with external regulations for medicinal products and selected medical devices.


Your duties as the Quality Assurance Officer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will ensure the effective working of the Quality Management System (QMS), as well as managing the review and approval of company documentation, including artwork proofs and sample packaging.

2. The Quality assurance officer will conduct internal audits and issue reports, they will then identify area of improvement and implement a continuous improvement culture, ensuring that any incidents or deviations are captured, reported and fully investigated.

3. You will maintain company SOP's and authorise/implement CAPA's, change controls, minor deviations and non conformities, ensuring continued GMP compliance. You will also provide training on Quality related issues to colleagues.

4. You will gather and review all relevant documentation relating to the release of products prior to QP release, you will also facilitate the release of CE marked Medical Devices.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality Assurance Officer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Previous experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) within the pharmaceutical industry.

2. Proven experience performing internal audits in a regulated environment, with knowledge on closing CAPA's deviations, Audit Observations and Change Controls.
