We are currently looking for a Quality Compliance Team Leader to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Northern Ireland. As the Quality Compliance Team Leader you will act as the Deputy Manager, over-seeing the Quality Management System, manufacturing compliance and supporting Quality staff.


Your duties as the Quality Compliance Team Leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will deputise in the absence of the Quality Compliance Manager, running the day to day management of the Quality Compliance team, including Technicians and Officers, supporting all Quality projects.

2. You will assist in the development of the companies Quality Systems, looking to continuously promote GMP improvements throughout the site.

3. As the Quality Compliance Team Leader, you will provide QA support to manufacturing and analytical projects, ensuring GMP and Customer requirements are met. You will also act as the host on Customer audits.

4. You will actively participate in Quality initiatives, participating in Investigations, Risk Assessments, regulatory and customer Audits, prepare and approve Quality Technical Agreements as well as developing and delivering Quality focussed training.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality Compliance Team Leader we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Significant experience holding a Quality Assurance role, within the pharmaceutical industry. This will be within a GMP environment.

2. Previous experience participating in both regulatory and customer audits. Hosting or Leading audits would be advantageous.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience within a commercial manufacturing environment. It would also be desirable to have had experience working within an IMP environment.
