We are currently looking for a QC Analyst to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Buckinghamshire area. As the QC Analyst you will be responsible for QC testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the QC Analyst will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1.Testing of Raw Materials, finished products and intermediates ensuring product compliance and quality in order to release batches for production use using wet Chemistry techniques including titrations, digestions, full metal analysis.

2.Comply with Standard Operational Procedures (SOP's), local GMP, ESH procedures and corporate policies process improvements.

3.Effectively perform routine QC activities in order to meet testing and release timelines. Testing will be routinely performed in the Analytical laboratory with some cross training required in other QC areas.

4.Spectrophotometric Analyses (FTIR, UV/VIS), TOC.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the QC Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a chemistry related field.

2. Proven industry experience in QC testing in GMP Laboratory in pharmaceuticals.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Spectrophotometric Analysers (FTIR, UV/VIS), TOC and Wet Chemistry
